CSEM supports inventors in Uri – promoting innovation in action
How do companies in Uri benefit specifically from the canton's innovation promotion measures? The new article in the business magazine image illustrates this using the example of brothers Isidor and Lorenz Schilter.
With the support of the Uri Cantonal Business Contact Centre, contact was established with technology partner CSEM – a crucial connection for the further development of their radio choker, which makes woodworking on steep terrain more efficient, safer and more cost-effective. The Business Contact Centre is the central point of contact for the Uri economy. It connects key figures from business, education, government and innovation promotion and supports existing companies, start-ups and those interested in relocating to the area. Thanks to the canton's financial contribution, the services of innovation partners such as CSEM are also free of charge for Uri-based companies to a certain extent.
