Industrie render

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Below we explain which of your data we collect and use and for what purpose: Each time a user accesses a page of our website and each time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored in a log file.
These files are not personal; therefore, we cannot trace which user accessed which data. In detail, the following data record is stored for each retrieval: - Name of the retrieved file - Date and time of retrieval - Amount of data transferred - Message indicating whether the retrieval was successful. Personal user profiles are not created. Conclusions about your identity are not possible. Anonymous information of this type is evaluated statistically by us in order to optimize our website and the technology behind it. No data is passed on to third parties.

Personal Data

Personal data that the user provides to us when visiting our homepage is treated confidentially. If the user sends us an electronic message (e-mail) and/or completes and submits online forms on our website electronically, we store and process the data and information provided therein in accordance with the purpose intended by the user or assumed by us, e.g. to send requested documents or information or to review submitted application documents. This personal data is not passed on to third parties outside the group. However, we would like to point out as a precaution that when transmitting your data via the Internet, there is a possibility that it may be viewed or altered by unauthorized persons. The user agrees to the above-mentioned storage and use of the data as well as the use of cookies. If you have further questions regarding data protection in connection with this website or the data stored about you, or if you wish to object to the use of your data by us, you can contact us via the contact page.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are permanently or temporarily stored on your computer when you visit this website. The purpose of cookies is in particular to analyze the use of this website for statistical evaluation and for continuous improvements. You can deactivate cookies in your browser settings at any time, either completely or partially. If cookies are deactivated, not all functions of this website may be available to you.

Registration on our website

You can register on our website to use additional functions on the site. We use the data entered for this purpose only for the use of the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise, we will reject the registration.
For important changes, such as changes to the scope of the offer or technically necessary changes, we use the e-mail address provided during registration to inform you in this way.
The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data collected during registration will be stored by us as long as you are registered on our website and will then be deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content design or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data regarding the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill it.
The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. We therefore store your personal data only as long as this is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as required by the various retention periods provided for by law.
